Co-owner of Kovalska PSG to Acquire Stake in UNIT.City Business Campus

Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has approved Oleksandr Pylypenko's acquisition of a stake in a business campus at Vasyl Khmelnytskyi’s UNIT.City innovation park.

On June 12, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) approved a request from Cliff Capital Growth AIF VCIC Ltd (Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus) to gain control over UNIT V04 LLC, the entity that owns the V04 office campus located in Kyiv’s UNIT.City innovation park.

Currently, UNIT V04 LLC is jointly owned by Vasyl Khmelnytskyi’s UNIT Holdings LLC and Cliff Capital Growth AIF VCIC Ltd, each holding a 50% stake. Cliff Capital is 75% owned by Oleksandr Pylypenko, co-owner of the Kovalska Construction Group (PSG).

Previously, Cliff Capital also acquired UNIT V06 LLC, which owns the V06 campus at UNIT.City. That campus had also been jointly owned by Pylypenko and Khmelnytskyi.

In 2024, Vasyl Khmelnytskyi was listed among the largest office property owners in Ukraine by Forbes Ukraine, with a total area of 118,290 sq. m and leasable space estimated at 91,000–93,000 sq. m.

Khmelnytskyi owns two innovation parks: UNIT.City in Kyiv and UNIT.Kharkiv in Kharkiv, with ten completed office campuses.
